Chef scott embarked on his hospitality journey in the mid-90s, gathering decades of experience and honing his culinary skills through a deep love for traveling and new experiences. driven by passion for fresh ingredients, simple flavors, and elevated execution are the roots of the pala nero family. growing up in the midwest, his culinary adventures have taken him across the country and into the mediterranean, instilling in him the belief that the journey of learning never ends. Along with family & friends the memories continue to grow!
